Effective January 2025, my updated cancellation policy will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness to all clients. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will also result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. To cancel or reschedule your appointment: • Call/text directly at (815) 405-5096 I kindly ask that you notify me as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
